Just busy as usual, lol. I am finally in the lower 220's. Can't wait to get out of them forever!Feeling a lot better about my body. Almost feel normal ;)
Worked really hard in the gym last week and I will be doing the same this week and hopefully for now on.
Started keeping track of what I eat as well. I really love myfitnesspal.com it's really easy to use!
Well I best be getting back to work.
I'm posting a couple pictures from my Rugby Summer Ball. Now that was a tiny dress...but I loved it :)
