DAY 1 Liquid protein diet pre-op

Ok well this isnt to terrible, the protein powder is thicker than I was expecting so that will take a little getting used to. I am wondering if the unflavored is just as thick because I was hoping to be able to mix it with my crystal light after surgery for that first week!???!!
