Just wanting to wish you the best as you begin your journey! I had my gastric byass 3 years ago and my only regret is that I didn't do it sooner. I started out weighing 370 lbs with a BMI of 61.1 and given the tool of WLS, I am now 145 lbs with a BMI of 23. (Womens 6/7X to a Misses 2/4) What's more important than the numbers, I went from barely being able to walk to my mailbox to being a Certified Physical Trainer at the Bally's near where I live. Life still has its ups and downs. but I can live and feel good about myself now! Wishing you all the best as you go through your own journey and if ever I can be of support whether it be as angel/mentor, friend, and/or personal trainer, please don't hesitate to email me.
