Me actually writing on my own profile. Where to start.....hmmmm
I have a problem with carbs and need to avoid them. I don't have
a consumption limit is my problem. I can see myself easily falling
into old habits so I am modifying my pea brain again. I can eat or
drink anything with no problem and I have never gotten that "full"
feeling back. Should be overjoyed? Not. I have to really be aware
of my amounts of food or I will just maintain the loss I already have.
I need to lose about 50-60 more to be in a whole new world. I am
a slow loser but am happy I am losing. Never want to go back where
I was. So as of today I have gone from 296 to 220. I feel good!
