Christina Please get to a dr or a hospital right away!!!! chest pains that go into your left arm are one of the first signs of a heart attack. i know I've had 3. do what ever you need to do but get medical attention right away!!! Christina, My mother had the surgery 2 yrs ago and had to be hospitalized for bad abdominal pains. x-rays showed she was constipated. they gave her a suppository and sent her home with colace and senokot. They are both over the counter. lots of luck. I hear it is very painful. Tessie Holland.
