"They were timely, sensitive and extremely informative. There was a minor delay with the operating room becoming available but everyone involved was wonderful about explaining the delay and everything that was happening. I never felt "alone." They were also great about letting my husband, children and a couple of friends all visit in my room immediatly after I came out of recovery. That was good for all of us! The nurses were very responsive to me asking for pain mediciation and assistance for using the bathroom. Over all it was a great experience considering it was surgery."
"Dr. Robert and Eric Pinnar are a surgical team. I met with both during a monthly seminar. I found both to be extremely professional. Because I didn't really have a preference I chose Dr. Robert since he had the earliest opening for surgery. The office staff is very helpful and resourceful. The receptionist, Jill, had the procedure done last year herself so she is very helpful and understanding. I would highly recommend this practice and either surgeon for the surgery. Dr. Paul is the doctor who assists in surgery and also performs all adjustments, he has a wonderful upbeat personality."
