1 year dec 20th - well its been a year dec 20th and i have lost 135lbs this was the best thing i have even done ..

6months 110 lbs gone -  Im now 6 month down and 110 lbs gone I wouldn't have believe this if it wasn't happening to me..I feel so much better and get around so much better I just want to lose 40 more lbs...
