Goal Achieved!

Well, here we are, about 2 years after I walked into my doc's office and said: I'm ready to do what it takes to gain my life back. Help! The VSG was the answer, and my initial goal of losing 100 lbs has been achieved. 

Was it everything I hoped for? Did it live up to my dreams?

That and more. I couldn't be happier, healthier, or feel more beautiful. Inside and Out!

Now it's time to set new goals. I'm considering what they will be. Meanwhile I am loving my post-surgery life, learning how to eat like a bird but still get in all my nutrients. It's hard some days but when you measure it against how hard it was to live carrying a 100lb weight around with you every. single. day. it's a breeze! 

I know it's been said a million times but I'll repeat it anyway. Weight Loss Surgery saved my life.

And life is beautiful.
