How are you doing? The needle finally moved on the scale for me today. I have a lot of energy. Yesterday was my last last day of work. It's getting real now. What time are you going to be at the hospital? We are planning on being there at 6:30 to get a good parking spot but I am not due there until 8 am.

I can't wait to join you on the Loser's Bench!! I am so happy I met you. All my other friends had only been getting in 3 shakes a day and since you told me the "schedule" I have been getting in all 4 - I figure they told us to drink 4 for a reason.! #cleanliver See you on AUG. 1 :)
