Wuz upppp O.H. I'm back on top and on my way. I met a girl from the O.H. page it was kinda funny how we met too. I was looking at different profiles on the site and I saw her profile I was like cool a chic from around my way. So I put in a friend request that night so, when I got off the next morning I went to Wal-mart & who in the hell I ran into but her and I'm like this is some crazy shit . So I lean over and tell my husband bae I think that's the girl from my site and he's like well hell you not gonna find out by telling me ask her. So I did and sure-nuff that was her. It's funny cause' it's like we've known each other forever and guess what y'all she don't play she gets me off my ass and makes me workout (I be tired as hell sometimes lol) 
But it's all good .I also met her friend Christy from the site we both had the lap band and I'm hoping one day we can bring ours kids to the park and let them play while we walk. Well some of my patients are up and at it so I gotta go. Oh before I forget to my friend Kitty tell that itch that keep offering you them pluckin' brownies to shove em up her azz!!!!!!

O.H Fam I am fed up my Dr.'s office and their BULLSHIT. For starters after almost 1yr. I've only met my Dr. twice the day before surgery and the day of surgery
it's been the nurse practitioner ever since. Since Sept. they had me coming in for fills every 2 weeks I know I know WTF? Same question I asked.Sounds like the _ itches trying to milk my insurance company 2 me. Instead of giving me really good fills she's giving me f--king baby fills .Anyway on Tuesday I get a phone call saying my office is closed for renovations as of NOW and won't reopen until Feb WTF? YET AGAIN
. Now my appt. is Thurs and she's telling me this shit on Tues. So now instead of my usual 30min drive to the clinic it's now an 1 & 1/2 hr. drive to the new clinic.On Thurs. when I got off of work that morning the weather was so nasty I called and rescheduled for Monday @ 10:45 OK at 9:00 this morning I called to get direction's before I headed out and get this They didn't even have me scheduled for today my next apt. is on the 15th WTF AGAIN !!!! By now I'm fucking burnt up and ready to beat the brakes off of somebody. 
So now I'm working on getting a new Dr. and I think I may have one I'm awaiting his call tomorrow so we can start getting my records transferred . Wish me luck fam I need it y'all !!!!!!!!!! pissed off and discouraged.I think I better go pray for God to take this anger from me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wuz up O.H. !!!!!!!!!! Well for starters happy thanksgiving,turkey day,etc.etc. Well, let me bring you up to speed despite the hard work at the gym I have little restriction again resulting in little to no weightloss.I really hit a low point this week I started regreting having wls actully I regreted having the band
I was to the point where I was contemplating revision surgery. The nurse put me on an every two week schedule for my fills until I reach proper restricton A bunch of "CROCK AND BULLSHIT "
don't get me wrong my fills don't hurt but who in the F***k wanna get stuck every 2 weeks when she can give me a decent fill at one time I swear I feel like pimp slappin' a itch !!!!LOL .Anywho thanks Kitty girl I swear if it was not 4 u . You go above and beyond 
and I'm sure if anybody that's on this site had the pleasure of meeting they would know just what I'm talking about.Now about Thanksgiving the night before I baked a ham , stuffed bell peppers,"dirty rice",yams,peas,, mac n cheese ,stuffing and a big pot of gumbo and guess what the hell happend. I suddenly got RESTRICTION at first I was like aint this a b***h but then I was like girl you trippin' thats what you been bitching snd complaing about not having so why when you finally get it you're mad ? I had to slap myself back into reality LOL!!!!! Thanks to my band I was able to resist ALL food today!!!!!!! now lets just hope this restriction lasts

What's up people!!! I'm still continuing to do good on my journey like everything in life I run into a few road blocks here and there but,all I do is bust a u turn and find a better route. I mean I wont let this struggle beat me.I'm armed with this powerfull ass weapon called "DA BAND" lol. Well I've lost 4lbs this week it's not alot but,it's a good start. My anniversary is Nov. 23rd 
(6 yrs yall!!) so I hope I can at least shed 5lbs this week(any ideas anyone)? Thanks EVERYONE for all the kind words of encouragement

2 DAY WUZ A GOOD DAY

Wuz up OH .It's been a couple of days since my last post mainly cause' I was dealing with some issues within my self. You know those little demons called aggravation,depression,feeling like a total failure and also regrets about having the surgery
. But HELLLLLLL 2 DA NOOOOO
That shit is over I've bounced back 100% and hitting the gym like every day making it do what it do!! I finally took the time to look at some before and after pics of myself and yeah I may have gained 12 lbs back I'm still on the losers bench.Oh and I went for a fill this morning and guess what? RESTRICTION BABY!!!!!!!!

WUZ UP O.H. Fmly. I'M PISSED THE F---OFF. Friday I went in for my 2nd fill this month and I've gained a total of 10lbs. Ever since my band was too tight last month and a I got a "supposed to be slight unfill I have lost ALL restriction. The nurse practioner says she's + my band has not slipped . I'm working out 3x's a week so what the hell . I know I'm part to blame but damn 10lbs. If I was a weak ass woman I swear I would throw in the towel but one thing I believe in and thats "IF UR WEAK UR BEAT" So that being said I will continue this soup diet I put myself on and hope 4 da best wish me luck O.H. Fam.

Just wanted to give u an update. Today I went to walmart to pick up my daughters birthday cake(happy 4th birthdfay little nik) 
anyway, I picked up the cake and was walking to the checkout when an emplyee bumrushed me L.O.L. She said girl what in the hell are u doing you look so good. With a big ol' Kool aid grin
I said oh nothing just lost about 55lbs thats all. It surprised me that this this lady even knew me until she said I always see u in here cause u got a whole bunch of little girls WTF? So I guess I'm the damn old lady that lives in a shoe L.o.L.But you know it really feels good to have someone notice your progress. I mentioned once before I work overnight as a tech in a psych. unit and tonight I have a patient from HELL (SERIOUSLY) so I'll have to chat later it's time to break out the Holy water

Hi Friends !!!! Today I had yet another Wow moment .A co-worker of mine is getting married Sat. So I decided to go shopping. The first outfit I found was soooo. cute so I tried it on it was a 16 and GUESS what. IT DIDN'T FIT !!! YEAH BABY!!!!!!!!!!!!!
it was tooo damn big so after trying on several more fits I now wear a 14avg. which is alot coming from a chick who was in a 22 in March of this year.

Yesterday I went to the Doc. got on the scale and guess what I'm down 50lbs GO MEdamn I felt so good I mean it's been 6 yrs. since I even crossed my legs. I just want to say thanks to my o.h. friend KITTY cause u helped me through some difficult times thanks girl I took your advice and things are a lot better

HELL YEAH O.H. I'M SOOOO EXCITED AFTER A FEW DAYS OF NO ELECTRICITY I FEEL SO DAMN PRIVLEGED TO HAVE LIGHTS AGAIN!BEFORE I GET STARTED LET ME TELL YA ABOUT MY EVACUATION FROM HURRICANE GUSTAV . FIRST OFF I COULDN'T FIND A HOTEL ROOM ANYWHERE FROM MISSISSIPPI TO TENNESSE SO 2 HOURS BEFORE WE GOT ON THE ROAD MY FRIEND FOUND A ROOM IN COLUMBUS GA. WHAT WOULD HAVE BEEN A 6 HOUR DRIVE TURNED INTO A 13 1/2 HOUR DRIVE AFTER HITTING A COUNTERFLOW . THE MORNING WE GOT TO THE HOTEL I TRIED TO EAT SOME CEREAL
