Well the holidays are over with and it's time to get down to business again... This time of year is always so depressing. The holidays are over, we spent another holiday without my brother (who passed away in 2002)... it's just always a hard time for me. And when I'm going through a difficult time in my life, my crutch is always food. I let myself eat whatever KIND of food I want, I just keep the portions down-sized. But I've been eating a lot of "crap" lately. So... it's time to get serious again. It's a new year, time for a great new start!
