I called the insurance today as some people have suggested, and I am approved!!  I called Dr Barker's office and got an appointment for Feb 5th for second consult and to schedule date.  I'm happy !!

I got everything done for my psych eval yesterday and was recommended for surgery.  They said they would fax to insurance in a few days, so maybe in a few weeks, I'll be able to have surgery.
