Hi, my name is Angela and I moved to Northwest Indiana in August of 2004 for my husband to attend Bible College.
I grew up in North Carolina and come from a very abusive childhold. The only way my mother ever showed me love was when she fed me. When she had gone too far in her abuse, she would take me out to eat or cook some of my favorite foods. So, I use food for comfort and to feel loved.
I have been heavy most of my life. I am now at 310 with my heaviest weight being 320. Unless you have ever been this weight, you cannot understand the mobility limitations. I want my life back! If I do not do something soon, I will be housebound or dead.
So, I am excited about this journey. Please join me.
