Six months is not that long.....is it?
Sep 04, 2010
OK sooo I went for my first surgical appointment on 8/25. It was not as bad as I had imagined it to be, he said I need to lose at least 20lbs (cuz he cant feel my ribs) funny I cannot feel them either !
Their program has a six month nutrition training that has to be completed before surgery will be scheduled before I left the office on the 25th I had my first visit with the nutritionist, that was not so bad either.... I actually have 2 of my 6 trainings out of the way soooo in about Dec I should be getting a date posted...But first things first, I am slightly addicted to sugar...... I LIED ITS MY CRACK!!!
I LOVE SUGAR! brown, white, powered, almost anyway it comes in a cake cookie or drink I'm for it.
I am slowly trying to remove it from my diet, this week I gave up sweet tea , and when I went food shopping I didnt buy any nor did I buy cookies or baking mixes.
I'm not the fakie stuff, maybe because I have not given it a chance.
For now I'm just going slow with kicking it, im gonna try going without and then I will slowly try the sugar free options out there.
If any one has suggestions yell'em at me.
for now wish me luck/pray for me as I am learning how to eat right and train my mind in the wls way...in next six months.
