So I am 4 months out and was feeling great down almost 60 pounds, but know I feel stuck.  I have been trying lots of different things to jump start my weight loss but haven't been successful.  This is so frustrating.  I hear about how people lose weight so fast, and it melting off.  It is so hard to visualize a thin self.  I am very happy with losing 59 pounds and feel better and want to keep going but it is hard to not get discouraged. 

I finnally got approved and  a date for surgery September 21.  I have a started my liqued diet and it is going okay.  I am feeling sluggish and tired but triying to stay active.
