Difficulty eating

I am having difficulty eating lately. I get full very quickly and having trouble swallowing. I hope this will pass. I don't mind the not being able to eat very much part. I ate too much for too long in my life. But the swallowing is scary. If it keeps up this week I'll call my doctor. It could be that I am just coming down with a cold or something.
