me in a nutshell

Hi everyone my name is shidonie, i am a mother of 4. 3 girls.....kiara age 9 , kiana age 3 she will be 4 on 5/13 and kiari age 1. my sone kiante is 5 but also autistic so in a nutshell i have my hands full with my kids. i have been married for almost nine years to my wonderful husband dale. we are military (navy) and are now stationed in virginia beach well oceana.  i am currently starting the process into having the gastric bypass it as taken me a while to do it but i feel its the right choice for me. after many failed attempt at dieting and many days getting stressed because i am dieting and eating healthy with no result. i felt the lap band was the way to go until i did my research and found out that with the band you have to go to the doc office every month which with 4 kids not happening some people fail because they don't see the weight lost and give up and some end up back on the operating table to do the bypass anyway. i just wanted my choice to be right and after going to the seminar i felt it was and decided to go with the bypass.  i decided to join this website because i knew i wouldn't be in this alone and that i could find other people who knew exactly what i was going through.
