I am 38 years old and had a weight problem since about 1999 the year my first son was born. I had gained over 75 lbs with this pregnancy. I had lost some of the weight but not all and continued to not exercise--something that was not consistent with me. In the year 2002 I became pregnant again, this time gaining over 80 lbs! In my 9th month I gave birth to a still born son. Of course dealing with that I ate everything in site never losing even half of my pregnancy weight. In 2004 I once more became pregnant, only this time only gained 18 lbs! Now, 2009 I weigh in at 280 lbs! I NEVER thought this would ever happen to me. Now, I have had a couple of friends who have been thru weight loss surgery. One, of whom just had it in November and is down 70 lbs! I am so happy for her and cannot wait to get thru my preliminary doctors to have my surgery scheduled. I am looking to do the gastric sleeve procedure
