Food getting stuck - I am 10 week out from RNY. I notice that I get food stuck even if I take little bites. I am eating slowly. please help I am miserable.

Help maintaining liquid pre-op diet - Starting the 15th I have to start my liquid pre-op diet. Any tips on helping with the hunger, irritability, etc?
