darlilly you get to the losing side . the time now will seem to crall now but the time goes so fast after you have a date . hope you have all the luck in the world . have you found a wls support group? that help me when time drag.

Darlilly, I just wanted to say you are so sweet!!! I am proud of you!!!!!!!:) The journey may feel long now but when you get that date all that waiting seems like yesterday!! Well I wanted to thank you for your words of encouragement prior to my surgery, it really helps to hear from people before you make this huge step!! I am less than 2 weeks out and feel GREAT!! This was the best thing I have ever done for myself and my family. I wish you all the best in your journey. Please keep us updated on what you decide to do. I research WLS for a year before I made my decision. Lauri

Hi Darleen! Thanks so much for the post & well wishes. As I get closer to my date I'm starting to get a little nervous and second guess myself. I hope things are going well for you... I know how aweful it feels when your trying to buy nice cloths and you just hate your reflection in the mirror. Just remember, there are thousands of others on this board just like us & we're all here to offer eachother support. Weather you decide to have WLS or not, there are still a lot of people here willing to offer support. Hugs to you! -Jenna
