Jan 5th 2015 (First appointment with my surgeon!)

Today was my consultation and information session with my doctor/surgeon and we got paperwork done and began the process! I am very excited! I go next week for a EGD and I am calling around tomorrow to find a psychologist or psychiatrist to have my psych evaluation done. I also began my "No sugar/ No starch" diet today. I also have to get clearance from my pulmonary doctor, which I already know he will give. And I have to begin my supervised weight loss program with my PCP or a nutritionist. I can't wait to actually have a surgery date set and get it done. I'm just so beyond excited about this whole process. Height-5'7 Weight-336
