Ramon, It is almost time for you to change your life forever. You are doing the best thing you can to insure a successful surgery...losing weight before the big day. I'll either meet you at group tomorrow or Sat. in Waco, and we can talk Cowboys. Rachel is the best angel, but she doesn't know football!

Hi Ramon ! Congratulations on your upcoming surgery... your REbirthday will be here before you know it !! This is a MAJOR life-changing experience... it's tough, especially at first, to cope with all the adjustments to your old lifestyle and to change the eating habits you're accustomed to, but it's SO worth it. The Lord will be with you on your surgery date Ramon, just as He is every day, so try to go into the surgery with a positive attitude. I'll remember you in my prayers and I can't wait to welcome you, with open arms, to the LOSING side !! :-)
