Can someone tell what I'm doing wrong, or how do I put a picture in as my avatar, it won't allow me to use any of my pictures, please tell me what I need to do!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well everything went well
, we had a group session followed by an individual meeting with the Dr's Asst, which is who did the group session. The Dr's Asst was spectacular, she was so very informative. She didn't make everything sound peaches n cream, she gave it to you just like it is, which I really truly appreciate. After the session, I was undecisive then on which surgery I wanted to have I went with the decision of having the lap band but after that I'm leaning now more to the Laparoscopic RNY, me & partner discussed it also after the session, she had already thought about talking to me abt changing my mind abt the lap band. After meeting with the Dr Asst, I met with the Pre-Determintation Coordinator, she informed me that I all I needed to do was a nutritional eval, psych eval, lab work, gallbladder ultrasound for my insurance, 
thank God I was hoping I didn't have to do the 6 months supervised by my PCP. So we're meeting with our Pastor today to talk & pray abt what decision I make, her input means alot to us.

My First Consultation

Hello everyone, its so funny that I am so excited that I'm having my 1st consultation tomorrow with Dr Juwad.
I am happy & nervous at the same time. I just pray that everything goes well from tomorrow on and that it doesn't take that long to get approved & get me a date. Of course I'm doing some wishful thinking, thinking that it would all be just that fast but it doesn't hurt to wish. Well here goes. I will definitely keep everyone updated since I'm so addicted to the website. Who couldn't be to find people who are so loving, understanding, & great listeners.
