"Dr. C is an unbelievable doctor! He is very understanding, taking time to actually talk to me when I see him - not just rush me in and out of the office so he can get to his next patient. He has inspired me to keep going and made me realize it's okay to ask for help. His office staff is also great - they always have smiles and do their best to help with any issues or questions that arise. He explained the surgery to me completely and made sure I understood what I needed to do to succeed. He also didn't give me false hopes that this was a "miracle cure" he made me understand that even with the band there are ways to fail and success takes hard work.
I only wished that his follow up with patients he hasn't heard from in a while was more strict. When I had "life" issues that pulled me away from my weight loss efforts it would have been nice to have his office call me to get me back on track after they had not heard from me for a year. But I did love that when I went back on my own he welcomed me back and got me started on the right track again.
