I have 10 day til i'm 9 months post-op and my weight as of today is 359 I lost total of 139 pounds since i started this journey. Since my surgery date 02/17/2011 I lost 100 pounds so im proud of myself so far just trying to lose these 9 pounds before my next surgeon visit on November 16, 2011 but it be challenge but ill try my best get close.. Im still happy im on losers bench..

Yeah im down to 365 and i m feeling great. My dog getting mad at me since i take her out alot more now than i did 8 months ago.

SURGERY 02/17/2011

I still moving down scale to healthy weight yeah me im at 368 for my hightest of 498. Im feeling great alot energy i have now. Playing with my dog alot more than she likes. She lazy dog but i make her go out anyway to play. Weather here feels great ranging from 65 to 75 on most days. I have 1 more month til i see my surgeon hope to get down to 350 or under CROSSING FINGERS. Til next time i post

I just checked my weight im 374. I also dont have use seatbelt extender so thats another plus.Great to be on loser bench and feels great..

Im little over 7 months post-op and i finally broke my plateau yeah me 378 I am using more weight at gym and using bicycle instead of treadmill. I found out i have problem with my heal makes it hard to walk on treadmill to do my 2 miles. So exercise bike is my best friend now.

I had my 6th month post-op visit with my surgeon he actual said im doing great with my weighloss. Im at 380 still losing but slow. I need boost my weight loss in high gear get to my goal of 350 by next time i visit my surgeon in November 16, 2011. I also had In-body done test how much muscle and fat i gain. I lost some muscle in my arms but gain alot muscle in my legs,trunk so im there where most of my muscle went to.

I can say im not going make to 350 by my 6 months post-op this August 17,2011 but im sure going make it by 7 month post-op. As of right now im 382 losing slowly but im still losing. Thats good thing...

I just weight myself im 384 lost 2 pounds in few weeks had stale there but im on track now. I have 11 days til i go for my 6 month post-op i been trying get down to 350 by the time but not sure im going make it. Wish me luck...

I weight myself at my doctors office today and i weight 386 yeah me getting closer to my next goal weight of 350 hope to get there before August 17 for my 6 month follow up with my surgeon.
