Yeah im under 400 wow feeling great. Went to doctor office today get my B-12 shot and i also weight myself suprised and happy i weigh 396 WOOHOO.46 more pound to my next goal weight.

I went to my doctors office pay my bill while i was there i check my weight i shock again to lost 2 more pounds putting me at 405 WOOHOO getting closr to my first goal weight being under 400 pounds YEAH ME!!!!

I step on scale today and i was shocked that it read 407 YEAH ME. So far i lost lost total of 52 pounds little over 3 months post-op..

My doctor said im doing great and i lost 10 inch around my waist and im at 15% weight so he said doing great keep up great work. My next post-op is August 17. 3 months away my goal is to get to 350..

My family doctor said im doing good. Since surgery Feb.17 2011 lost total of 47 pounds. Total lost weight since i start my journay is 86 pounds im doing real good so far. I go next Wednesday to see my surgeon for 3rd check up visit. hope i lose more weight before i go.

I now weigh 419 getting closer to my first goal weight. Lost 40 pounds since surgery on Feb. 17,2011. So far im doing pretty good

Doctor said im doing very good and he upgrade me to soft foods.. I lost 30 pounds in month WOOHOO ON MY WAY TO MY GOAL WEIGHT OF 250 YEAH ME!!!!!

My current weight is 438 I lost 21 pounds since surgery on Feb.17,2011 my surgery weight was 459. Doing pretty good for being 16 days post-op.. Only thing i need get more of protein in morning makes me sickto my stomach feels like going come back up after drinks little of it.. Got figure out what else is out there....

1st week post-op
Well doctor visit went really good lost 10 pounds from my orginal weight day of surgery woohoo getting closer to my goal weight. Now doctor said go onto pureed foods now but keep it at 2oz for all 3 main meals and in between meals get in more protein in my 64 oz of liquid intake..

Hello everyone im going be 1 week post-op Thursday Fed.24, 2011 and im doing pretty good keeping journal and getting all my vitamins,64oz water, little over 60gms protein in a day so far looking prety good. After surgery i weight 9 pound more than i did before my surgery. But as of today i lost those 9pounds so woohoo...Only 209 more to go reach my goal weight... Ill keep everyone updated on my process.
