I need to upload a new photo, but I can never seem to figure it out! I will work on it. My new weight is 142. I have lost a total of 61" from neck to calf since Sept. My BMI is now in the normal range although my %fat is a little higher than average. Bummer!
People keep telling me that I better not lose any more weight that I am getting too small. Not true!
