HOME AT LAST? RECOVERY

HELLO, JUST WANTED TO SEND A QUICK HELLO AND THAT IM BACK HOME.. I had the surgery Tuesday and didn't get release until Saturday afternoon.. eventho, I was dome with the whole hospital thang, According to my doctor, I did great on everything pre-surgical diet (for those hatters) and clear liquid diet.. everything was perfect.. I stayed longer for elevated heart rate.. But Im home and eventho  I feel like I got hit by a mac truck.. I feel okay!! Im pushing my way n Im going by the book, I have no choice.. Instead of taking all those vitamins and all, I ordered the celebrate ENS, the protein shake with all the multivitamins included and you only need to take it once a day.. IT has been awesome!!! I am so glad I ordered that... I add other vitamins to the mix, like my Tylenol and etc. by crushing them and adding them to the shake. The drainage ball is a irritant that I can't wait to have removed on Friday. Tomorrow it will be a week since I had the surgery.. So Here's to better days
