3 Weeks Post Op!

So, some stats: down 31 to 234 from my highest at 265 lbs in Oct 2012.  I have lost over 10" from different spots on my body combined.  Since my preop weigh in of 256 I am now down 22 lbs!  I am eating right and taking in all my protein that way.  Typically between 50-62 grams a day.  I am taking my vitamins and pills again YEAH!  I get about 40-50 oz of water a day right now BUT I am working on it.  I have had no problems with any foods I have tried and I make sure to CHEW CHEW CHEW!  Was able to work out 3 time on week 2 (zumba, line dancing, zumba).  Week 3 I did 4 miles on an exercise bike Sunday.  Feel a little scatterbrained but I am not in any pain.  My average calories a day are about 500-650.  I am feeling about 80% back to "FULL POWER" energy and speed-wise.  2 more days and I will be able to achieve my 1st goal I set for myself to food journal everyday until my xmas vacation.  Three of my 6 incisions are scab free and the other 3 are getting very small!  So healing really well inside and out!
