I haven't posted in a while, doing really great...have lost about 59 pounds...I am a slower loser I think..My doctor said I seem to hold onto every calorie...Just got back from a trip to Singapore and Hong Kong...was worried about eating..but did great and had a fantastic time...so great to be smaller, I had 4 long haul flights..and being so much smaller made it a breeze....and to be in such better shape and have so much energy made it incredible...I went to a monastery with over 400 steps to the top...was never out of breath...just kept going!!! I just celebrated my 6 month wedding anniversary...and am in bliss really...so many changes this year...it's hard to believe....the surgery isn't a cure, it is hard...some days are so easy and others can be a struggle, but nothing compared to the struggle of being overweight....I never get sick at all though...in fact I think I have a lot less intestinal distress overall than before surgery...but the small portions, finding something to eat and occasional upset are an adjustment...but overall I am very happy...just now fitting into almost any normal store...a size 12!!!!! I have never been this small...just bought knickers at Victoria's Secret!!! I bought size XL out of habit, and guess what they are big!!! I look in the mirror often thinking I will see the old body...but have to look twice to see me!! I am looking forward to a great December and a trip to England for Christmas....
