Best wishes!!!!! I know that Aug. seems soooooo far away but take this extra time you have to START!!!!!!!!! START WATER, START PROTEIN, START WALKING, START EXERCISE. You will not be sorry if you do. It will make your recovery so much easier. Please check your email for a special message from me and my DH. We both has wls in 2001 and have lost a combined total of 300 lbs.
