Well this has been an interesting journey thus far! I have changed drastictly! I still have a long way to God but everyday get easier with God on my side! I haven't been execrising yet. Due to the fact of having to have surgery twice! I have healed up great though! I thank God for real though! I didn't think I was ever going to get to this point in my life! Im excited for more results now that I can exercrise maybe I can get 55lbs off of me within the next 90 days! But I have lost about 75lb to 80lbs so far yahme!!!! Im still adjusting to the dos and don'ts..... im finding it hard to take my vitimans but Im honest about that! Sices the last time Ive been on here I have relocated so that is really hard for me!! I got to find a system that works for me. Im going to post a picture or two of my progress. Well, I try to post once a month if not more. Things are getting better for me now. I can eat but not alot. Im having some issues with protein and get my liquids in. I really got to find away because I feel like Im melting away. I don't have alot of energy but that is due to me not taking my vitmans like im suppose to. Due to all the trama I have endured with each surgery. I know I need it now because all I want to do is sleep my life away! Their are so many questions and thoughts that run through my head at one given time. I wish I never had the surgery. Everyone tells me how good I look but I feel awful! Nothing is worth looking good if you don't feel good on the inside! Because I had a open womb that had to heal from inside out. I haven't been active like I should have been due to my injury! Im losing weight but not fast as I see some on here doing! The things I like to eat is few and im struggling with planning my meals. I eat like twice a day and it is not much at all. I can drink a bottle of water but I will have it like all day! Is that normal? I running out of options for real! Is there anything or product that can hep me? Has any one experience anything like this please let me know your comments and past experiences are greatly appreciated!!!!!

Ok it has been over a month since I posted on here. I have been through a journey. I had to have a revision RNY on 8/29/2011 who would think this would happen?  I couldn't believe it either! It started out first with me not being able to eat. THEN I could drink anything.... So I came on OH to ask for help everyone said I had stricture. It was true! On 8/22/2011 I had upper GI done they stretch it. The next day I was sick again. I was put in Hospital and then they decided to redue the surgery! After that I got infection so I got out the hospital on 9/9/2011. I spent my birthday in the hospital! I have a lot to catch my Oh fam up on! I promise I will soon. This is it for now! Don't be in a hurry to make a choice that will effect the rest of your life! My doctor is and was wonderful through out this whole process! Im just thanking God that I survived this whole thing! WOW is all I can say for now!

Well my first post-op visted is 8/3/2011 at 1:00pm.... I can't wait to see what my body has lost! Im so thankful to God first and I thank him for my Dr.Ross and my HUBBY and children! Im so blessed to have a great team surronded around me!!!! I went to the mail box today and I recieved a card from all of my care team nurses and that really blessed my socks off!!!! I am so blessed! I haven't had any major problems yet thank GOD! I just can't eat a lot right now! IM ON stage 3! I love fish and I had some yesturday that my hubby baked I ate less than 25percent and It all came back up so I will not try that any time soon! Other than that Im doing great! I try to walk 2 or more miles a day!  Im not so sure if Im getting enough protein in though! I think I really need to re-evaulate this part!!! I will fill you in tommorrow on my Dr appt!! Im out of the hospital I came home on 7/28/2011 surgery was a success credit goes to God! I really don't remember much about other than being late. Yep I was late we had a flat tire!!!! I still had the RNY it was in God's plans for me to have it.... It turned out the surgery that was scheduled before mine was a little complicated and It through my schedule of to 2:30 are so!!!! I woke up around 5pm and was in my room by 5:30pm! Dr. Ross and his staff was the best! I was up and walking by midnight. I did good. The GAS is the stinker for real... I didn't have any pain as of yet I just had a lot of gas!!! I had to walk and walk and walk some more!! Im having problems eating Im not hungrey at all or should I say sipping I feel as if I have to force myself. I did take my laptop with me but hubby didn't let me use any electronic devices not even my cell phone! LoL but for real he is like RNY police are something he pops out of know where! Im serious you guys. He even called Dr.Ross today while we were in Piggley Wiggley to see if yogurt was on my list I was so embarrased Well I be back up and at them later ... HHello my OH family how are you guys and gals doing? I pray all is well. I started my bowel prep this afternoon and it wasn't that bad! I was feeling very like I had to vomit earlierbut I didn't thank you Jesus I took some DRAMAMINE chewable that help! I feel some kind of way now my stomach is bubbling as I type! I will be driving down I 26 in about six hours well let me take that back! my HUSBAND will be burning the interstate up driving me to SPARTANBURG (LOL)! My hubby is the only one who is coming to the hospital with me. My children will be gone for a couple a days (sniffles) sike!!! No but for real I love my 4 yes I said four children!  Because my HUBBY will be with me I cooked all of his meals. He said he wanted to save money! So I prepared some special for him. I made stewed chicken with fresh mushrooms and onion soup! I also made ox tales and white rice, mix veggies and greenbeens and my children have there lunches packed for there trip as well!!!! This has been one of the hardest but rewarding Journey's in my life thus far! I owe all the credit to God! Thank you DADDY for allowing me to have the desires of my heart! I know that I couldn't do this on my own! I have laugh, cried,danced,shouted etc..... But out of all that GOD you have always been the one who see and saw me through thank you!Well im about to relax a while with my hubby and try to catch some but before I can do that I got to take a HOT STEAMING SHOWER Thanks OH family for all your support... I love you Guys .... Im praying for all of you JULY surgerys may God Bless all of you and have a speedy recover in the name Of Jesus!! Keep me in your prays and I know all will be well! God hasn't finish with me stay tune as the master reveal's his Glory in AND through me as I yeild to him!!!!

Hello everyone how are you? Im doing well considering the circumstance! I will be having surgery on 7/26/ 2011 @ 12:00pm. I can't believe it is real and Im so close to a second chance at life.  I really thank God for this journey. Im still on the pre-liquid diet an it was hard for me the first 7 days. I started out good but on the second day I encountered challenges! I have redeemed myself and walking it out with no challenges. Well I am getting sleeeeeeeeeeeeeeppy ttyl!

OK today was alright I guess.  My menu was 2 protein shakes = 640 calories and 104 protein!    crystal light 20oz= 5 calories and 40oz of water! I'm still hungry but I will not eat until tomorrow! I'm suppose to stay under a 1000 calories a day! Oh yeah I had some sugar free jello (strawberry walmart brand) = 2oz only 5 calories!   update for 2nd day coming soon! The race isn't given to the swift nor the fast but to whom that endures to the end!

OK, so I saw Dr.Ross and staff today.  This is how my day went. I arrived at Dr. appt about 8:55 am. I waited about 30mins before I was seen. i saw the nurse and the nurse pr. also dietitian and Step. I was told to start liquid diet today.....But I will start on Thursday because they changed MY rny DATE TO 7/26/2011 it is only a day later.I'm kind of getting cold feet. I was excited up until today. It suddenly hit me? I'm having surgery for real WoW my heart is pounding now!!! I think I'm getting cold feet. Dr.Ross said to me today if I change my mind it's OK. Dr.Ross made me feel real special when he said that to me!!!!!Now I'm at the hospital having a sleep studystrange thing is the insurance approved me without it???? Nothing but God
My date was scheduled 7/31/2011 but while I was in the doctors office and the sleep study  unit called and said they had a canceled appt. Ask if I could come tonight and I said yes!!! Well I thank God for all that he is doing and that which he is yet to do!!!! Love you guys and I'm praying for all of you!!!!

Ok my Oh family.... The wait is over... This morning I call the insurance company and they said I was approved for RNY surgery! So it was around 10 am this morning. I was like cool beans, no way so I called back to the insurance company again. When I called back the second time I said to CSR, who answered the phone. Maam I just called  and I just wanted to make sure that, what I was told previosly was indeed true. So she put me on hold and about 7mins later she came back and said..... Your surgery was approved and the date it is scheduled for is 8/01/2011. I hang up the phone and called Stephane at doctor Ross office. I told her what I was told from my insurance company. She said she hasn't heard anything so I hung up the phone. Stephane called me back about 45mins later and said the insurance company did approve me for surgery. She had been very busy. So I talk to her about my summer camp and she moved the date up to 7/25/2011 Well now I go to Dr. Ross office on 7/13/2011 @ 8:30 to start liquid diet! I don't know what to excepct I've heard a lot of good and bad story's. On 7/18/2011 I go to pre op and take pre op class. So even though Im super excited about getting a date . I may have to change dates for my summer camp. WEll any whoooo, thank all of you so much for praying and your support it really means a lot to me. Please do tell of any suggestions and ideas to help me get througt the liquid diet. I will greatly appreciate it sO PLEASE DO TELL!!! oH YEAH DID i MENTION i GOT APPROVED
