Hello Everyone!! Hope you cruised through Thanksgiving. I haven't been on in awhile and I've missed everyone! My computer caught a virus awhile back and it's just now trying to get back on track. Also, trying to get myself back on track too. I think my band was kind of tight for awhile (I was at 3.8) and a couple of weeks ago I got some taken out and I'm at 3.6. Also I weighed in at 199.5!!!! Sad to say I don't think that lasted long. Especially now that Thanksgiving has come and gone. I have some news that I have to have surgery on my thyroid. I have a mass on the right side of my neck. Slightly noticeable. I'll know more about that next week. My next doc appt for my weight in Dec. but I may have to move it to Jan. I'm trying to get back on track and it's sooooo hard. I'm trying to figure out what I need to do. Help!!
