Went to the doc yesterday and was totally surprised. Now down to 184.5.. Whoohoo! was't expecting a 5-6 lb lost since last visit but excited. Total of 77 lbs lost! Just need to build some muscle and tone it up. Finally found one decent bra for the sagging twins. Wish I could've kept those!!!! LOL. Enjoying the journey.
