2014 I celebrated my Three year anniversary from my RNY surgery.  During 2014 I began having many menopausal/ hormone issues.  So my Gyn put me back on hormones, which only made it worse.  So I went off the hormones.  By the end of 2014  I had put on 20 pounds and I want to get it  off
