Freaked Out!

Okay....I have 15 days until my surgery and I'm completely freaked out.  I woke up this morning saying, "I don't want to do this!"  No pizza, no pasta, no hot dogs, no soda, no bread, no bagels...  What if I freak out after surgery when I can't have this stuff?  Am I making the biggest mistake of my life?
