The Two Week Freak is Over!

Well, after talking to so many wonderful people on the DS forum, I'm learned that what I experienced over the weekend and yesterday is called the "two week freak"!   It is apparently very normal.  It's nice to be considered normal somewhere in the world!! 

Surgery will be two weeks from today.  Unbelievable after all the work and the years of contemplating that I'm actually going to be doing this.  I'm getting excited now about all the things I will be able to do as I start losing weight. 

Praying that my recovery process isn't too bad and that I can just relax and enjoy a break from life.  Sip my protein shakes and enjoy a vacation from life!  I will keep netflix very busy I have a feeling!! 

Now to get busy "nesting" and get everything ready around the house.  I need to make a to do list with all the things I need to have ready for when I come home from the hospital. 

Can't wait to post my first post-op weight loss pictures!
