Long long time

Wow it's been 8 months I can't believe it.I am going for my 4th fill next week I have not had one since September. I really didn't think I needed one I have been losing slowly but surely but this last few weeks I have gained 4 lbs been pretty much eating what I want with no restriction at first I was liking it and I woke up and smelled the coffee STOP!!! I called Erin at Dr Lutrell's office and made an appointment so I will get back on track, my goal is to lose  100 lbs. by June 1 and I know I will achieve it I want to change my picture and add some but I am a computer dummy I will get help so I can add to my page. I hope everyone out there is doing well and is as happy with their band as I am.
