BAD NEWS

Okay my goal was to lose 100 #'s by June 1st..Well I have gained 20lbs!! Here is my story I went for my last fill in Feb. ,it was to tight I knew it was but I just needed to lose 10 more pounds so I didn't care!! In March I got a cold then a cough and it wouldn't go away I really didn't feel that bad but I knew something was wrong I couldn't eat or even drink anything. Then on Easter Sunday I felt a sharp pain in my back and I couldn't breathe. I went to the Dr found out I had pneumonia and empyea. I had a major surgery was in intensive care for a week had all saline taken out of band and have been recovering ever since. I plan to have the saline put back I hope on June 10Th,but between taking 4 insulin shots a day and no restriction the weight is creeping back! So the moral to my story is nothing is worth your health,listen to your body,take care of it..I was so wrapped up in wanting to lose 100 lbs I ignored everything else. Now I will start again but this time I will do it right!! God Bless You All!!!
