I had my surgery on July 12, 2007. My surgeon is Dr. Carlos Ferarri. He has been very professional and also quite helpful. I spent several months researching Surgeons in Houston before choosing Dr. Ferarri. I would certainly recommend him to anyone. His office staff is excellent, too. I am now 4 weeks post op and have lost 35 lbs so far. at this point, i'm having trouble drinking as much water as i'm supposed to, but i'm working hard at it. i feel waterlogged most of the time! i had some post op complications with my lungs, fluid retention, and a wound infection but i'm now on my way to my new life!
