Hello out there World ....
                   So happy with my new life that I had to come back and brag. Down 112 pounds today and loving everything around me. I am so glad I made the choice 2 years ago to take the journey to Live and Not die. That is correct, to Live... when you struggle daily to breathe and no matter what do seemed to make a smile stay on your face its time to make a change.
   Don't think you can.. Know YOU can! .....
