Update: 11-15-07
Well things are going great. I still need to lose and little weight and work out more.
I am pretty active. I weight around 155-152 I  bounce..
I have learned it isn't the number that matters. It is how you feel inside.
I know I can tell you right now it isn't the number but that is a leason you will
have/need to learn on your own path. I did learn over the weight loss trip that
alot of my trouble that I though and did blame on weight didn't have a thing to
do with my weight/size. I would tell myself off if I was a size smaller I would be happy I learned
No matter what size you are you will not be happy unless you love (you) ..
Cause if you not happy with you, every time you hit a goal it isn't going to be good enough.
Please try to work on you before you do WLS. This isn't going to get you a better job this isn't going
to save your marriage this isn't going to make all your troubles go away. In fact it can
cause more if you don't work hard on your self..
Can I say it was worth it (YES) was it hard (YES) it it still hard sometimes (YES)
I am still the same person inside. I am still the chubby chick sometimes in my head.
But that is something you have to work on. You don't get wls and wake up the next day and life is great.
But it gives you a chance at a great life wls is only a tool to help you on this trip the big and hardst part
is on you. It is a battle for most people I think.  You will still have bad days a great days.
I do have to say my good days out do my bad days.
BUt the road is a hilly one put on your seat belt cause it's going to get wild.

For you that has had WLS and the ones that are thinking of getting or getting it.
I pray for your health and your recovery . May your life be full of health/happines/joy/ and most of all FUN!!!!!!!!!
