Life is Good
Jul 26, 2011
71/2 months post op.. & I must say, Life is Good!
I am finally regaining my self confidence that I have lacked for sooo many years. I feel the changes..more energy...easier breathing patterns...and less weight having to carry around... I try and take things day by day, however I still make sure I apply that pressure that pushes me to reach my goals and daily intake. I must admit, the last month I somewhat fell off the wagon... making the wrong food choices and not getting my full water or protien. However, I am happy to say that I finally broke my 6 month stall which lasted for over 5 wks and am down 7lbs. I am 15lbs away from my personal goal and cant wait for the day that I get there...Right now, I cant complain..looking at old pictures and hearing old stories/habits really keeps me in line...If I had the choice, I would do it all again!
