I had a doctors appointment on Monday Feb 5th.  This was for my 9 month check up.  I am happy to say that I have lost 107% of my weight and I have passed my goal weight.  My goal weight was 145 and I am now down to 140.  I am proud of myself and I feel awesome.

If anybody would have asked me 6 or 7 months ago if I had made the right decision I would have probably told them no but now after getting everything straight I feel wonderful..
