I know I got this. I don't care if outsiders want to sabbatoge my results.its my life my body,because when I die i have no one in my coffen but me and my Dead Husband in there with me I have lost weight before but never kept it off

I'm 61 years old and I have made a lot of mistakes in my life with my diets. I'm doing good and this time I'm very proud of myself. 21 pounds is gone and never going too see them again.
