Ok, I do need to post one thing here...I'm not loosing weight. I'm almost 4 weeks post-op. The first week, I lost 9lbs. The last 3 weeks I've only lost 3. I'm following the doctor's orders. I'm walking 1-2 times per day. I'm feeling like a real failure. Any suggestions because I'm already feeling like I should just give up.
