Courtney, I am so excited for you, WHS surgery is by far the best thing I have ever done for myself!!!BE brave and follow your instructions for diet exercise and your suppliments and you will come through with flying colors!!!! I was back to work in 13 days with no complications. The hardest part is figuring out what protein you like. I am glad to help you anytime, look up my profile if you want to talk more!
