Nerves

Well, here I go.  I wasn't going to blog but have some nerves going on.  After six years of being denied by insurance companies, moving, changing jobs, and trying
to figure out any way I could to get the surgery, here I am, with a surgery date just days away.  I haven't been a bit nervous after I got approved.  I didn't think I would at all, but somehow now something is creeping up.  It's really strange - out of nowhere.  I will have the surgery, not a doubt in my mind, just some sudden nerves.

I decided to look up posts from other people and it seems pretty common to get a bad case of the nerves as surgery date approaches.  Oh where is my dog...he'll calm me down.  :)  Ya know..I think it's the fact that the secretary, (like 21 years old, skinny and a little clueless), kept saying "aren't you scared?  That's crazy!  So WHAT are they gonna do again?!" for the last 3 days!   Just a hunch!  :)
