Slow...
Mar 22, 2009
The weight is coming off so much slower now... and its hard to adjust the mental aspect of it. I sit and question everything that I am doing. Am I eating enough? Am I eating to much? Am I working out enough to keep up a fast weight loss? Working out to much and gaining muscle and that's why I don't see the difference on the scale? Enough Protein? To Many Carbs? and it goes on and on. The learning how to eat all over again...I always try to look at the positive... I am not gaining any weight. But it is still hard not seeing the weight come off like it use to in the first 3 months... Being 5 months out and able to anything, its hard! It just makes me realize how much of a "tool" bypass surgery is, rather then a cure all. I have no quams about working hard at loosing the weight... and I have every intention of keeping with the program, guess I'm just in one of those 'rough' patches right now.
