I hope everyone is getting the support that they need. It makes a diference when you do.

I know that helping others is my support. If you ever have any questions or concerns please do not hesitate to ask, I am here for all of you.

Just a reminder my local qroup meets tonight, so far I have had one person come once, it does get a little frustrating to have no one show up. But I will keep the faith and be there for anyone who needs me.

I just wanted to let everyone know that my local support group meeting has been changed.

It is going to be the 3rd Thursday of every month at 5:30 to 6:30 pm., at the same location. The Sutter Amador Hospital in the main conference room next to the cafeteria, 500 Mission Blvd, Jackson, CA. I hope that some of you will be able to make it. If not I understand. The next one will be May 20, 2009.

I also hope that everyone is doing great with your journey!!!!!!!!!!!!

I wanted to say welcome to the new members who joined my group. So far no one has any comments or concerns or any wow moments. I myself have been doing fantastic. I am able to walk more and more. Since the weather has been nice I have been out everyday. But it is supossed to rain tomorrow darn. Well hopefully it will not rain too long so I can get out there some more.

I hope everyone is doing alright. Getting in enough protein, taking all your vitamins, drinking your water. Our health is very important, we had the surgery to have a better life now we have to take of what we were given.

Take care of yourselves and I hope that someone else will post how they are doing.

My next meeting in Jackson is coming up next Monday March 22 at 7pm. It is at the Sutter Amador Hospital in the main conference room in the main lobby next to the caferteria. I hope to see everyone that can make it. I have some samples to share. It is an informal meeting where I am there to offer support to anyone who needs it. I hope that it will start to grow and more and more people will come.

I also want to welcome everyone that has joined this group. I hope that you are not being shy and afraid to ask any questions. I am willing to help in anyway I can if it is possible. If I do not know the answer I will do my best to find it out for you.

I love this I can now wear junior size clothes. I have always loved alot the the junior styles but they did not make them in BBW sizes. Now thanks to my wonderful tool I have lost enough weight to be able to wear them. I am loving life so much more. Now if only I could get the car of my dreams I would have it all. I guess I will have to save for it after I save for my reconstructive surgery (plastics). The insurance will cover the panni but that is all. I need the girls done and the bat wings and thighs, my legs remind me of a sharpe, lol. But by no means am I unhappy with the way I look. I have always had lots of skin so that is nothing new. Take care and follow the program and you will get to your goal.

I just want to welcome the three new members to my group. So far no one has asked any questions or anything. Does anyone have any setbacks or any wow moments they would like to share. I will share one. I lost 8 pounds this week so now I have lost 166 total I am below my goal and am so excited about that. I was at a stall that lasted over a month and thought that I would not break it but I finally did. It feels so cool to finally have a normal BMI and I can wear junior size clothes. I get compliments all the time and it feels great. I hope all of you are doing ok. Again if you have any questions do not hesitate to ask. Have a good day.

My local support group will be on the 2nd and 4th Mondays of each month. So the first meeting will be Feb 8, 2010 at 7:00 p.m.  If you live close to this area I invite you to come and join me.

They are going to be at Sutter Amador Hospital in Jackson CA. 200 Mission Blvd, Jackson, CA, in the conference room.

I want to formally welcome Sunray, Lea, Melva to my support group. Just an update to I am going to be starting my local support group next month I am hoping to have them on the 2nd and 4th Monday's of the month. I will let you know for sure as soon as I find out. I am meeting with the coordinator at the hospital tomorrow, so I should know something soon. I hope you all are having a good day. I have completed my training and now I am Officially a Obesity Help Support Group Leader. As soon as I can I am starting the group here in Amador County, in Jackson at the Hospital. I will post the date and time as soon as it is ready to go.

I am officially a Obesity Help Support Group Leader. I completed my classes today. I am very excited about this. I am looking forward to getting my local group up and running. I hope to have alot of people there that are either pre-op's or post-op's, either way I will be there to offer my support and hope others will do the same.

My online support group should be open to all very soon. I named it Support Equals Success. That is also the name I will be using for my local group.

I am so close to goal but the last one is just being stubborn. Who knows I may even end up going below my goal like I see so many people do.

I have met so many great people here on OH and ould love to be able to meet in person some day.

I am going to try to attend the up and coming event in southern CA but with funds being the way they are I am not sure if I will be able to or not. But I truly hope I can. I know that they are very informative and a great way to meet alot of people that have had or are thinking of having the surgery. Plus all of the professionals that are there.
